Message	my bank did not give me the title, a letter, or anything. It was just in their files that the loan was paid off, so I had to go to the branch that held the titles to pick it up. Went in and asked for the title, they verified it was paid in their computer/files, I got my title. Call your bank and ask for the balance or status on your loan account. If it is paid, ask them when/where you can get your title.
